Delivery & Returns
Our postage rate includes all packaging and handling fees. All the delivery services used require a signature. We reserve the right to use other courier services.
Dispatch Times: We aim to process and post all orders by the end of the next working day, in busy times it may take slightly longer.
Addresses: We will send your orders to delivery addresses stated at the time of ordering, please ensure the address is correct when placing an order. Incorrect addresses may delay your order.
What Happens Next: We will inform you when the items have been sent to your customer and advise you of the tracking number.
Delivery Times: Items posted 1st Class Recorded usually arrive within 3 working days.
Royal Mail Special Delivery option is for insurance purposes only and may not reflect on speed of delivery.

United Kingdom
Orders under £35.00 = £2.25 1st Class Recorded Delivery
Orders over £35.00 = £4.95 Special Delivery Service
Special Delivery is available on all UK orders and is recommended as a swift and fully tracked service.
International Orders
Canada & USA: Due to high insurance costs we can no longer accept orders for these countries.
International orders are sent either Airsure® or International Signed for. Both have extra insurance options.
Airsure® is given priority handling but is only available for some countries. The options available to you will be given at checkout. To find the options you have available, when ordering, ensure you click on change address. Once you have input your buyer’s address, the system will then show you which postage options you can use for that country.

Important! - International Customs
Each and every country has a different set of rules when it comes to receiving items from abroad. Please be aware that should the customs of that country deem the order you have sent to be over the value of their allowed amount, your customer will be liable for customs charges on receipt of the parcel.
Payment
We currently accept PayPal & NoChex payments as secure, safe, online payment processors. If you would prefer to pay by another method, we can accept Google Checkout please contact us if you want to pay using this method.
Returns
If, in the rare event that you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please notify us immediately. Due to hygiene considerations we cannot accept returns of earrings or other pierced type jewellery that has been worn unless there is a fault with the item.
