How does the dropship/direct dispatch service work?

1. You select products from our website and list the products for sale.
2. When the item sells, you order and purchase the item from us, giving us your customers details.
3. We dispatch the items to your customers with your address as the return address.

It's that simple!

Do I have to buy the product before I sell? No, you only buy a product from us when you have sold it.

Do I have to post the item? No, we post your item to your customer for you. You need never see the products.

 I sell at auctions, can I reserve an item? Yes, if you have bids on a piece of jewellery or are awaiting payment for a sold piece of jewellery. Just click the "Reserve" which can be found on each product page and let us know when the auction ends or payment is expected in the information box provided.

We will only reserve 1 of each product type for you at a time, so if you sell 2 kinds of bracelets, 1 earring and 3 pendants, we can reserve 1 of each for you.

If you do not reserve a product we cannot ensure it will be in stock when your auction finishes or payment is received.

If all our stock of an item is in reserve we will place a RESERVED above the product description and a zRES or RESERVED in the product title.

I have not yet set up my business, can I still use your service? You can join in preparation for starting a business, we ask that you let us know how you will be selling our products and will perform checks to ensure you are a genuine reseller. This is to protect all our resellers.

I'm waiting for my membership to be approved, can I speed that up? If you have given us information and a business name we can easily find, we may approve you quickly. If not it can take much longer. You can help your case by telling us who you are, where you sell, member names for selling venues etc.

Why do you need my Date of Birth? We cannot accept members who are under 18 years of age without a guarantor, it is just part of our checking process, we do nothing with the information beyond that.

Do I need to be a registered company? No, but if you are running a business you must tell HMRC about it as soon as possible. It is a very simple process and one that must be done within 3 months of setting up your business.

If you are setting up a new business we recommend you contact your local enterprise agency, business link and similar, these will help you to set up and answer many of your questions about running a business. As a seller you will need to comply with various laws, the Office of Fair Trading has a website you can search for regulations such as the Sale of Goods Act and the Distance Selling Regulations. There is a lot of help on and off line that is readily available to you.

Where can I sell the products? Anywhere you like, you can sell anywhere online or offline (jewellery parties, local ads etc.), it's up to you to ensure the products you sell comply with the selling venue rules.

Will my customers know I have bought my products from you? No, we post the products in plain wrapping and have your address as the return address on the envelope. There will be no invoice included, if your customer wants a paper invoice, you will have to provide it. We do not include any of our business literature. We may include instructions regarding the jewellery such as cleaning or how to wear where necessary but none of these can be traced to us.

How do you package the jewellery? For delivery the jewellery will be well protected, we use a range of products like bubble wrap, foam, padded envelopes etc.

How quickly do you post out? This partly depends on you. We need you to give us accurate customer address details when you order. You can order from this site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can order the products as soon as you receive your order.

We aim to post all orders by the end of the next working day of receiving your order, however during busy times we may take slightly longer. We will inform you when the items have been sent to your customer. The majority of parcels will be sent Royal Mail or ParcelForce 48 hours although we reserve the right to use other couriers.

Do you post to addresses outside of the U.K.? At present, we offer international delivery to many countries. Please ensure the jewellery you sell complies with the laws in those countries. Do please be aware of orders from countries which have high fraud rates.

We no longer deliver to the USA or Canada due to increased insurance costs.

Do you provide a csv and images file? Yes! Thanks to a clever kind person, we now offer a csv file for you to import our products, we strongly suggest that you change titles, product descriptions and prices to suit your style. We also provide a file of our product images, updates can be found in our Downloads page.

Do you provide a ready made website? No.

Do you charge a membership fee? At present no. We reserve the right to impose one if we feel it is necessary.

What does the SRP mean? SRP means Suggested Retail Price. These are not set selling prices but guidelines of usual prices the items sell for. We have found you get better sales if you offer jewellery for around these prices and would prefer that the jewellery was not undervalued. We reserve the right to revoke memberships of those who consistently undervalue the jewellery. If you are struggling with pricing, please talk to us.

What kinds of payment do you accept? We accept PayPal and NoChex via the website, we can also accept Google Checkout, however if you want to pay by Google Checkout, please let us know.

Can I use your product images and descriptions? Yes you can. We strongly suggest you alter product descriptions and titles to suit your own selling style and customers but you can use any part of those descriptions on your own listings.

Our images and descriptions are available for you to use when selling our stock, we retain the copyright and do not allow the use of our images or descriptions for stock other than our own.

Can I Hotlink Images?
No. We provide an images download, there is no need to hotlink. Anyone caught hotlinking may lose their membership with immediate effect.
