Reserving ItemsWe know that the major flaw in dropshipping is the worry that items will be out of stock when you receive an order. We decided to offer a reservation option to help ease that worry of upsetting a paying customer and the potential feedback problems that entails. When you receive a bid or are awaiting payment 1. Choose the jewellery you have auction bids or offers of purchase on from our website. 2. Click on the RESERVE button and let us know when the auction ends or payment is expected in the information box provided. 3. We will only reserve 1 piece of each style for you at a time - this helps to keep it fair for all our members. If you do not reserve an item we cannot ensure it will be in stock when your auction finishes. When all the stock of one item has been reserved we place a RESERVED above
the product description and a zRES or RESERVED in the product title. If there is stock remaining unreserved the product page will not carry this note. After the auction has ended 6. Keep us informed! If we do not hear from you once the reservation time is up we release the jewellery back into stock.Nb. We may ask you to provide proof of bids or sale. This is no reflection upon you, we are just checking the system is working and being used correctly. |
