Keep up to DateWe have a few ways you can keep your business up to date with Moon Stag Designs. CSV File This is a file which is simply a spreadsheet of the products on the site. This file is generated from the site and can be used to keep your stock up to date in a variety of ways. Some of you will have websites with a products upload module like EZ Populate or Easy Populate. The CSV file available on the Downloads page has been created to use these modules to quickly populate your site with stock. We suggest you modify the descriptions to suit your own website selling style and differentiate your business from others who maybe using the same files. The CSV file is not an automatic update or feed. To keep your site up to date, download the file regularly from Moon Stag Designs to upload to your own site. You can also use the CSV file as a spreadsheet. If you work offline or just want to work from one page rather than flicking through the website, you can use the CSV file for this. eBay's Turbo Lister and our CSV file are not directly compatible, however you can download the Turbo Lister template and use the information within the CSV file in the relevant parts of the Turbo Lister Template. Sold Out, Back in Stock and Discontinued These are 3 categories with details of items that are: Sold Out - Items we are usually able to get back in stock Back in Stock - Items that have recently come back into stock. Discontinued - Items we have run out of and have been unable to locate further supplies. These categories are currently manually updated and as such not up to the minute. For jewellery currently reading 0 in stock level you can download the Out of Stock CSV file from the Downloads page, this is a real time report of all items currently out of stock. RSS Feed At the bottom left of each page is a little RSS button, which is a feed of the latest products on the site. If you have an RSS Feed Reader, simply click on the RSS button and new products will be updated in your RSS Feed Reader a short time after they are updated on Moon Stag Designs. Image File The image files may also be found on the Downloads page. The files have been placed into separate folders following our catagories to help you to find the images you want quickly and easily. Each products has at least one image and each image can be found in small and large formats within the folders. Newsletter & e-Mails We send our occasional e-mails and newsletters with things we feel you may be interested in such as stock updates, news etc. You should receive notifications when you sign up, after you have ordered and when an item has been sent. If these are not arriving in your mail box please check your spam or junk mail box, if it is not in there, please change your e-mail address in your account and use another mail client. The free e-mail addresses can be very strict on what e-mail they let through. |
